SERVICE 2

Grant Assist Service

We will obtain the Grant of Probate on your behalf and leave you to deal with the administration of your loved ones Estate.

If you wish to deal with your loved ones Estate yourself but would like to rely on specialist professional advice and guidance then we are here to help.

The fee for this service is charged at an hourly rate leaving you in control of the Estate and the level of support you require.

We will:

Advise you regarding your duties and responsibilities of being an Executor and also your duty as a trustee
Advise on the terms of the will
Advise on the setting up of a trust provision within the will
Help with the initial steps to ascertain assets and liabilities in the estate
Offer assistance and guidance for completion of either PA1, IHT 205 or IHT 400 forms
Offer advice on preparing for your appointment with the Probate Registry
Submit the application to the Probate Registry

Then upon receipt of the Grant of Probate/ Letters of Administration

We will:

Provide template letters
Complete stock transfer forms (shares)
Completion claim forms
Offer advice on collection of all assets and payment of any liabilities
Offer assistance with completion of HM Revenue & Customs Potential Repayment to the Estate
Offer advice on distribution to beneficiaries
